Ligitation is the process before a court of justice, for the purpose of enforcing a right. It begins when a litigant decides to fight for his/her legal rights.In litigation process, a case (called suit/lawsuit/Petition) is brought before a court of law suitably empowered (having the jurisdiction) to hear the case, by the parties involved (the litigants) for resolution (the judgment).
We will prosecute or defend our clients based on their requirements and are committed to stand for justice. We appear before Lower Courts, High Courts, Company Law Board, other Tribunals and Forums constituted by various legislations. We deal with the Litigation related to both Civil and Criminal Laws covering Corporate Law, Family Laws, Property Laws, Labour Law, Intellectual Property Law, Consumer law, Negotiable Instruments Act, etc.
